Penske Truck Leasing is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Montgomery, NY. You’ll greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and perform basic safety checks to keep vehicles ready for the road.

No prior experience is required; Penske will train you on vehicle maintenance processes and safety protocols. This role offers competitive pay, shift premiums, and opportunities for growth within a stable company.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• The associate will be required to understand and comply with Penske management instructions and safety policies.
• The associate must be able to pass DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance requirements, including drug screening and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items.
• Helping maintain clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire mounting/replacement and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
