Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Ashland, VA. You will fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles to ensure they are ready for the road, while greeting customers with a smile.

No prior experience required; training will teach vehicle maintenance processes and safety standards. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Penske.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance with Penske policies.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• DOT Drug Screen and MVR checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and fuel/wash vehicles to ensure a great experience.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform minor repairs (tires mounting/rotation, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
