Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and use of tools (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance awareness.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and fuel and wash vehicles to ensure a great experience.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance items.
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs (e.g., tires, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
