Job summary

Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Spokane Valley, WA. You will fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles to ensure readiness before they hit the road again. Training is provided, offering a path to technician roles and career growth within Penske.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Keeping facilities clean and safe.
• Building skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Completing other projects as assigned by supervisor.
