WesBanco, Inc. is seeking an entry-level FIU Officer to join the Fraud, Bank Secrecy Act and Security Admin Department in Huntington, WV.

The role focuses on monitoring accounts and transactions to detect unusual activity and potential money laundering or fraud. The ideal candidate will review alerts from AML systems, conduct basic investigations, maintain BSA compliance, and collaborate with investigators and other bank staff while pursuing ongoing training and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigates system-generated BSA/AML/Fraud alerts for evidence of suspicious activity.
• Creates cases from alerts for review by investigators.
• Reviews CDD forms and CIP records for completeness.
• Maintains compliance with BSA regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Reports findings concisely and communicates with bank staff.
