This entry-level position emphasizes compliance with BSA regulations and ongoing training. The role involves analyzing system alerts, creating cases for investigators, and communicating with banking centers and customers as part of a risk-management program.

Qualifications

• Investigate and analyze BSA/AML/Fraud alerts for suspicious activity.
• Review CDD forms and CIP records for completeness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn in-house systems and new technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Create cases from alerts for investigators review.
• Contact banking center personnel and external customers on suspect items.
• Analyze customer history to ensure transactions match expected activity.
• Ensure regulatory and bank requirements are met.
• Maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations.
• Complete all required compliance training and attend meetings.
