Job summary

AIL is seeking service-minded sales customer service representatives in the Providence area to handle inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and present benefits to union members who request our offerings.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and time-management skills, are at least 18, and can pass a background check. A high school diploma is required; customer service or retail experience is a plus. Remote work from home option available.

Daily activities

Daily activities include inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing the necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development.
