Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Financial Analyst 1 to support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development. You will analyze historical trends, run scenarios, and provide insights to guide key decisions.

You will partner with business leaders and accounting to ensure accurate reporting, build dashboards, and assist in monthly reviews. Strong Excel and data-analytics skills are essential in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data analytics or equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, advanced formulas, large data sets)
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, research, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a cross-functional environment
• Strong time management and organizational abilities; able to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and curiosity to uncover insights

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear financial insights on performance and communicate actionable recommendations
• Partner with business leaders and accounting for accurate financial reporting and alignment
• Support development and management of annual budgets and forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis on headcount, costs, and expenses
• Contribute to monthly financial reviews and explain performance drivers
• Liaise with accounting to ensure proper transaction accounting
• Assist with standard cost processes and data accuracy
• Maintain and enhance financial reporting tools, dashboards, and models
• Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support initiatives
• Collaborate to improve processes and data quality
• Ensure adherence to procedures and internal controls
