Job summary

Equitable Advisors is seeking an Entry Level – Financial Advisor to start a career in Fort Lauderdale, FL, joining a network of financial professionals to build client relationships and provide guidance on financial strategies.

You will complete licensing requirements (Life & Health, SIE, Series 7/66) with FINRA sponsorship, participate in a 120-day training, and grow toward CFP or ChFC designations while earning a stable biweekly paycheck plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring progress tracking.
• Financial Strategy Development: Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies and clear recommendations.
• Product and Service Consultation: Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
• Location: In-office presence required.
