The program includes hands-on training, mentorship, and access to a Virtual University to support ongoing professional growth in a structured environment, with opportunities to advance toward CFP and other credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses or in progress for licensing pathway.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies.
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
