You will proactively contact clients, manage calendars, and follow up on a range of financial opportunities while delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate has securities licensing or is in the process, strong phone etiquette, organization, and a desire to develop a long-term career in financial services with growth

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
• Securities licenses preferred or in-process with broker-dealer.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting existing clients and prospects to schedule reviews and appointments.
• Managing the Agent’s calendar and appointment pipeline.
• Following up on investment, retirement, life insurance, and financial-services opportunities.
• Assisting with preparation and follow-up for client meetings.
• Helping identify additional financial needs within the client base.
• Providing excellent client service by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Tracking opportunities and ensuring follow-up items are completed.
