The role emphasizes building core technical skills and delivering reliable on-site support to clients. The position focuses on installing CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, following scopes of work, documenting outcomes, and coordinating with dispatch and senior staff.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year field service or related technical experience (training provided).
• Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and cabling practices.
• Willingness to learn CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and in varied outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and service low-volt systems at client sites.
• Follow scopes of work and technical instructions to complete assigned service tickets.
• Run and test cabling, mount hardware, and configure basic system settings.
• Communicate clearly with clients on-site regarding work performed and status.
• Coordinate with dispatch and senior technicians on scheduling, materials, and updates.
• Report issues, delays, or site conditions to support staff or supervisors.
