Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on state, with non-traditional hours including weekends, holidays, and potential overnight travel. Benefits include PTO, insurance options, 401(k), and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Reliable vehicle with legal tint and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to travel and work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong observation, integrity, independence, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveillance investigations by observing, tracking, and documenting subjects’ activities.
• Capture detailed video evidence and prepare client reports.
• Perform vehicular and on-foot surveillance with discretion.
• Develop pre-surveillance planning tailored to each location.
• Submit reports and video evidence within required timeframes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and legal requirements.
