Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Full-Time Entry-Level Field Investigator in Lafayette, LA to begin a career in a growing field. You will receive a fully paid Investigator Training Program and licensed support, plus equipment and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities include case prep, covert field surveillance, report writing, and thorough documentation. The role emphasizes reliability, strong tech skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Driver's License: Active driver’s license that is not currently suspended or revoked.
• Personal Vehicle: A reliable, well-maintained vehicle; proof of auto insurance required.
• Travel: Occasional overnight stays may be required.
• Technology: Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet service for communication and tasks.
• Required Skills: Strong computer & internet proficiency; Excellent communication, verbal & writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Case Preparation: Conduct preliminary investigations using social media and database research.
• Field Surveillance: Perform covert surveillance from vehicle and collect video evidence.
• Report Writing: Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports.
• Documentation: Finalize case files and upload footage daily.
• Communication: Coordinate with field supervisor for guidance and mentorship.
