Job summary

Ethos Risk Services in Houston seeks an entry-level Private Investigator to start a career in fraud investigation and covert surveillance. This full-time role includes a fully paid Investigator Training Program with no prior experience required, plus licensing support and ongoing mentorship.

You will perform case prep and covert surveillance, draft reports, and manage case files while using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Must have a reliable laptop, cellphone and internet connection.
• Willingness to travel up to reasonable distances and possibly overnight stays.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Case preparation using social media and database research.
• Field surveillance from a vehicle to capture video evidence of surveillance targets.
• Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports.
• Finalize case files and upload video footage by day end.
• Work closely with field supervisor for guidance and mentorship.
