Qualifications

• Trade related education or industry related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain as-built drawings in the electronic document control system.
• Assist Foreman and Safety with new hire paperwork, orientation, and videos.
• Distribute mail and updates to Foreman, including copies and emails.
• Assist with filing and follow-up paperwork for backorders.
• Assist QA/QC with filing.
• Manage Nevada State license list for journeymen and trainee numbers.
• Assist timekeeping for field employees.
• Track tool orders, returns, damaged and stolen tools.
• Complete daily job journals with Foreman input.
• Assist with manual checks and termination slips and send to payroll.
