Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking an entry-level Feeder Packer to support machine operators by feeding cartons, inspecting quality, and assisting with basic machine operation. You will help ensure safe production practices and consistent product quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain hands‑on experience in machine support, packing, material handling, and preventative maintenance while contributing to a culture of safety and excellence at Smurfit Westrock.

Qualifications

• Must commit to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and support machine operators.

Responsibilities

• Feed cartons into the machine and inspect product quality.
• Restart machines and maintain basic functions.
• Assist with packing, palletizing, and setup tasks for packing stations.
• Assist operators with make-ready tasks and locating corrugated cases.
• Perform rework duties as assigned and report concerns to management.
