Zusammenfassung

CATHEXIS is seeking an Entry Level Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist to join in Pocatello, ID. You will provide Tier 1 support for a federal customer’s PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware, supporting about 50,000 users.

The role requires 0–4 years of experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work onsite in a 24/7 environment. A Bachelor’s degree or related certifications are a plus, with Top Secret clearance expected.

Qualifikationen

• 0–4 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service and/or Help Desk environments.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or technical certifications (a plus).
• Active Top Secret Clearance is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide IT support to all customers.
• Receive customer IT queries by multiple methods (phone, self-service).
• Triage and troubleshoot tickets submitted.
• Change and reset passwords on all FBI enclaves.
• Provide desktop software application assistance and installation.
• Remotely access the end-user’s desktop to provide support.
• Deliver status updates and own ticket resolution.
• Write detailed diagnostic notes and assist the next support level.
