Qualificações

• Awareness of social, economic, and health problems.

Responsabilidades

• Interprets laws, policies and regulations as applied to assigned area.
• Monitors, coordinates and administers programs.
• Interviews and assesses customer needs, develops service plans.
• Provides case management and monitors compliance.
• Coordinates with other agencies and participates in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Provides after-hours on-call coverage in child/adult protective services.
