Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform maintenance tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Valid driver\'s license (if applicable to facility requirements).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep facilities and equipment safe and functional.
• Coordinate service requests and track work orders with vendors and contractors.
• Assist with space planning activities to optimize facility utilization.
