Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operations and light maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This entry-level role offers excellent growth opportunities alongside experienced engineers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience while ensuring the seamless operation of critical building systems. The ideal candidate will assist in maintenance tasks while learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Complete assigned work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
• Support on-call or emergency response situations as part of a rotating schedule.
