Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, to perform essential duties.
• Candidate demonstrates customer service, basic math, and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints or diagrams where required.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual labor tasks: emptying trash, sweeping, setting up furniture and equipment.
• Assists with building and grounds maintenance, including light carpentry and repairs.
• Responds to internal requests and safety concerns to protect students and staff.
• Maintains facilities, vehicles and equipment and performs basic preventive maintenance.
