Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs manual labor: emptying trash, sweeping, setting up furniture.
• Assists with routine maintenance and simple repairs.
• Maintains facilities, vehicles and equipment; notifies repairs.
• Supports grounds maintenance: cleaning, mowing, weed control.
• Responds to internal requests and safety situations as needed.
• Performs other duties of similar nature or level.
