Equipment Armor is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Fabricator/Installer in Raleigh, NC to help fabricate, assemble, and install polycarbonate shielding systems for heavy equipment. The role blends shop work with field installations and includes hands-on training in fabrication, equipment modifications, and customer service.

No prior fabrication experience is required; we will train motivated individuals who show a strong work ethic and dependability.

Qualifications

• No prior fabrication experience required; training provided.
• Willing to travel to customer sites, including overnight stays.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and safety mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate and assemble custom polycarbonate shielding systems.
• Package shields for shipping and raw material receiving.
• Organize material as we receive them.
• Measure, cut, drill, and fit polycarbonate materials to project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with installing shielding systems on heavy equipment.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and installation instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet Equipment Armor standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Travel to customer sites for installations and service projects.
• Work closely with experienced fabricators and installers to learn industry best practices.
