Job summary

Masstron Producing Organization (MTMS) is seeking an entry-level Fabricator to join the production team supporting METTLER TOLEDO Vehicle and Heavy Capacity products. You will work from a production schedule, read blueprints, and perform data entry in SAP while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

You will also set up and operate fabrication equipment, support 5S/Lean initiatives, and assist with material handling using forklifts and cranes.

Qualifications

• Entry-level fabricator role requiring safe working practices and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with material handling and the ability to be trained on forklifts and cranes.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedule using blueprints, standard work, and work instructions.
• Enter data into the ERP system (e.g., SAP) and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain quality throughout the process.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain stock control, pull items for orders, and assist other departments.
• Set up and operate Saw and Tumble Blast.
• Aid in operation of Large Brake.
• Handle material for Plasma Area with Crane.
• Contribute to 5S and Lean initiatives.
• Operate forklift trucks and cranes.
• Perform daily activities safely.
• Identify and implement safety improvements.
