Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an entry-level Fabricator for the Masstron Producing Organization. The role requires a safe, detail-oriented approach, operating and maintaining basic fabrication equipment and supporting production by following blueprints and work instructions.

You will enter data into SAP, support material handling with forklifts and cranes, perform daily preventive maintenance, and contribute to 5S and Lean initiatives while meeting quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and measurement documentation.
• Ability to read tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Comfort with torches, cutters, hand/pneumatic tools, and cranes.
• Ability to operate forklift and cranes safely.
• Perform quality inspections on own and others' work.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules using blueprints and standard work.
• Enter data into ERP (SAP) and maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain quality throughout the process and perform daily PM on machinery.
• Set up and operate Saw and Tumble Blast; assist Large Brake operations.
• Handle materials with cranes; pull items for orders; support other departments.
• Contribute to 5S and Lean initiatives; ensure safety and daily operations.
• Operate fork trucks and cranes; perform daily safety checks.
