Job summary

Ferguson in Wisconsin is seeking an Entry Level Fabrication Associate to join our shop team. You will set up machines, measure and cut pipe, and help assemble orders in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm with competitive pay and benefits. No prior fabrication experience required, but strong math skills and a collaborative attitude help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong math skills for calculating product quantities on hand.
• Experience operating pipe cutting and threading machinery per OSHA rules.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced customer service setting.
• Ability to thrive in an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain shop machines for pipe fabrication.
• Measure, record, and add random pipe lengths.
• Cut and thread pipe using band saw, torch, and Landis machines.
• Move pipe from yard to work areas and assemble orders.
• Ensure safety and operate equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
