AutoNation’s Spokane Valley location is seeking an Entry Level/Express Automotive Service Technician. You start at $21/hour, based on experience, with paid OEM training and a clear path to growth as you gain certifications.

Youll work alongside tenured technicians in a busy, temperature-controlled shop to deliver reliable maintenance and repairs. Benefits include longevity and productivity bonuses, generous PTO, health insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in express/quick lube preferred.
• Valid in-state driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to manage expectations.
• Document work on the repair order and update progress.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and OEM training.
