Job summary

Tri-Valley Collective is seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing and promotions team in Hayward, CA. In this entry-level role, you’ll work with experienced Event Coordinators to deliver engaging brand experiences that boost awareness and drive product engagement at local events and community initiatives.

You will serve as the face of client brands at events, provide product demonstrations, and assist customers with registrations, while tracking feedback

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions after brand and product training.
• Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to consumers.
• Assist customers with orders, registrations, and event sign-ups.
• Track event traffic, customer feedback, and common questions to improve customer experience and campaign performance.
