Responsibilities

• Represent organizations at live events and promotional activities.
• Communicate directly with customers, attendees, and the public.
• Welcome attendees and provide clear, friendly information.
• Assist with event-based communications and customer engagement.
• Explain campaigns, promos, products, and services to attendees.
• Answer questions and help attendees navigate event activities.
• Support event setup, organization, and day-of-event tasks.
• Coordinate communication between customers, event teams, and staff.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at events.
• Assist with promotional materials, displays, and presentations.
• Collect customer feedback and relay information to the team.
• Support marketing and communications before, during, and after events.
• Work with teammates to meet event and campaign goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
