start club is seeking an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associate to plan and execute live campaigns, learn customer engagement, and develop leadership skills at events. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience and long-term growth opportunities.

You will work with a fast-paced team, gain hands-on experience in promotions, retail activations, and campaign analysis, with clear pathways for growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, promotions, events, hospitality, or leadership is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, confidence, and comfort speaking with new people.
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and execution of retail marketing campaigns and promotional activations
• Engage with customers at events to educate them on products, services, and current promotions
• Work alongside experienced team members to develop strong communication, presentation, and marketing skills
• Represent client brands professionally while creating a positive customer experience
• Assist with retail logistics, including materials, displays, and booth setup
• Attend team trainings and workshops focused on marketing strategy, leadership, and campaign performance
• Help track event results, customer interactions, and daily performance goals
• Take on leadership responsibilities in small-scale event projects as you grow
