• As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, support event activities and create positive experiences for attendees and customers.
• Assist with event preparation, setup and breakdown.
• Support promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Greet attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Share information about products, services and event offerings.
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming event environment.
• Coordinate event activities with team members to meet objectives.
• Answer questions and direct attendees to resources.
• Participate in paid training sessions and team meetings.
