Job summary

Atlantic Shores in Virginia Beach is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our dining team and ensure residents have an enjoyable dining experience.

This entry-level role requires good communication, teamwork, and reliability, with evening shifts from 3pm to 8pm and a schedule that varies.

Qualifications

• Entry level—no experience required.
• Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members.
• Able to work evenings, between 3pm and 8pm, with schedule variability.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and serves meals to residents and guests with friendly customer service.
• Stocks and maintains a sanitary kitchen and health center.
• Sets up meal trays and dining room tables per ticket or instructions.
• Maintains a clean and organized kitchen and dining area throughout the shift.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
