Construction Estimator (0-5 years)

A family‑oriented commercial construction and development group is seeking a Construction Estimator to support ground‑up builds, renovations, and tenant improvement projects. Candidates with 0–5 years of experience, including entry‑level, are welcome to apply. This is a fully on‑site role focused on collaboration, integrity, and hands‑on learning.

Role Overview

The Estimator supports quantity takeoffs, pricing, bid preparation, and construction document review. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and leadership in a culture grounded in honesty, teamwork, and proactive problem‑solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Takeoffs — Support material counts, measurements, and scope breakdowns for commercial projects.
• Bid Preparation — Assist with hard‑bid and negotiated proposals, gather subcontractor pricing, and organize bid documents.
• Plan Reading — Review drawings and specifications to understand scope, trades, and project requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
