PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Video Editor for our client in Chesterfield, Missouri. This entry-level role focuses on creating short-form content for social media, streaming platforms, and live productions.

You will edit shows, interviews, and event footage, add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and design thumbnails. The role supports esports events in a fast-paced team environment; candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects (preferred).
  • Passion for gaming and esports, with knowledge of VALORANT, Counter-Strike, League of Legends, and/or Call of Duty.
  • Strong storytelling, pacing, typography, and sound design skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and file management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X from live shows, interviews, and event footage.
  • Create engaging videos using captions, motion graphics, sound effects, transitions, and visual enhancements.
  • Edit long-form content, including live shows, interviews, highlight reels, and recap videos for YouTube.
  • Design or update video thumbnails and maintain organized project files and media libraries.
  • Support live productions with graphics and replay packages as needed.
  • Assist with coverage of esports events and special projects.
