Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Technician 1 to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on our diverse fleet, including aerial work platforms, pumps, and general tools.

You will build skills on a variety of makes and models while joining a safety-focused team and pursuing a career track in service or operations management.

A High School diploma or GED is required; 1–3 years of diesel or heavy equipment experience is preferred. We offer extensive on-the-job training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs.
