Brown and Caldwell is seeking an Entry-Level Environmental Geologist or Engineer to support site investigation, remediation, and infrastructure projects in the Houston area. The role focuses on foundational tasks under close supervision, including field investigations, data collection, and reporting of soil, groundwater, and surface water data to protect the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrogeology, or related field is required.
• 0–2 years of related geology/hydrogeology work experience encouraged.
• Willingness to obtain professional licensure within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field investigations, including water and soil sampling.
• Assist with basic well logging and data collection under supervision.
• Help interpret geological, hydrogeological, geophysical, and geochemical data.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain data logs.
• Travel for fieldwork and support multiple sites as needed.
