Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and take direction from senior personnel.

- Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and records.
- Ability to comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, calibration, and operation of equipment and systems.
- Support preparation and maintenance of technical documents, drawings, reports, and project records.
- Research technical issues and compile information for reports and studies.
- Assist with fabrication, testing, and documentation of hardware and software systems.
- Provide basic support for design, coding, and documentation of software products.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and project logs.
- Support onsite communication with customers during installation and testing activities.
- Follow engineering plans, documentation standards, system specs, and test procedures.
