Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an Entry Level Engineering Technician to assist engineering teams with basic technical tasks using CAD, BIM and 3D tools. You will help create and maintain drawings and documentation while learning BV standards and quality processes.

Chosen candidates may relocate to listed BV locations. A diploma/associate degree in drafting or related tech is preferred, with on-the-job onboarding and hybrid work options after the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate preferred.
• Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design related technology preferred.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Under close supervision, supports engineering teams with technical tasks using CAD/BIM and other tools.
• Creates, modifies, and maintains technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Reads standards and BV policies to ensure deliverables are accurate and compliant.
• Relocation may be required to multiple BV locations.
