Entry-Level Engineer – Energy Services (Architecture)

Ardurra is seeking an Entry-Level Engineer – Energy Services to join our team in Everett, WA.

Our Energy Services team supports a wide range of engineering projects focused on safe, reliable, and forward-thinking energy infrastructure. Our work includes power distribution and transmission, renewable energy, solar facilities, and related civil infrastructure projects.

Primary Function:

This position will support engineering and design efforts for energy infrastructure projects, including power distribution and transmission lines and solar sites. The Entry-Level Engineer will work alongside project managers and experienced engineers while developing technical skills in design, project coordination, cost estimating, and client support.

This is an opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience across multiple phases of project delivery while working collaboratively with an experienced Energy Services team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Approximately 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• EI/EIT certification preferred.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or programs such as PLS-CADD is a plus.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with the ability to work on challenging projects in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k)-retirement savings plan.
