Ardurra is seeking an Entry-Level Engineer – Energy Services to join our team in Everett, WA.
Our Energy Services team supports a wide range of engineering projects focused on safe, reliable, and forward-thinking energy infrastructure. Our work includes power distribution and transmission, renewable energy, solar facilities, and related civil infrastructure projects.
This position will support engineering and design efforts for energy infrastructure projects, including power distribution and transmission lines and solar sites. The Entry‑Level Engineer will work alongside project managers and experienced engineers while developing technical skills in design, project coordination, cost estimating, and client support.
This is an opportunity for an early‑career engineer to gain hands‑on experience across multiple phases of project delivery while working collaboratively with an experienced Energy Services team.
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors. The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k)-retirement savings plan.
