Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts is seeking an engineering professional to apply best practices, analyze and improve processes, and contribute to projects that enhance safety, product quality, reliability, equipment performance, and infrastructure.

You will work in meaningful roles supporting manufacturing, technology, operations, and customer success, with focus areas such as Production/Process Engineering, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABET-accredited engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical).
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Minimum 6 months of paid co-op/internship in engineering.
• Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Job description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field from an ABET-accredited institution at the time of employment.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op, internship, or equivalent experience in your engineering discipline/major.
• Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.
