Universal Energy Solutions is hiring motivated individuals to join our Pittsburgh team as Commercial Energy Consultants. This entry-level role focuses on meeting with local business owners to review energy plans, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend supplier options while you learn through training and mentorship.

You'll develop customer relationships, travel within a 30-mile radius, and advance to Account Manager roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn our proven customer consultation process alongside experienced mentors.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
• Build the skills needed to take on larger customer portfolios and advance your career.
