Redwire Defense Tech is seeking an Electronics Technician to join the production team in Huntsville, AL. Under moderate supervision, you will build assemblies to spec, ensuring quality across all components and documentation.

You will collaborate with teammates and management to address challenges and maintain high efficiency in the shop. The role emphasizes soldering and crimping, with opportunities to grow expertise in electronics and production processes while supporting overall manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year soldering or hand crimping experience preferred.
• Experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble cables and wire harnesses by soldering wires into connectors and crimping terminals into housings.
• Test and function check completed assemblies.
• Document component progress and track lots/serials for traceability.
• Regularly use soldering iron, wire cutter/stripper/crimper, and Windows PC.
