Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electronics, AC/DC power, or mechanical aptitude.
• Interest in technology, automation, or electronics tinkering.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
• Strongly motivated and high energy

Responsibilities

• Test 24VDC and 120VAC automation electronic components.
• Power up and check products for basic functions (using manuals and guides).
• Reset and reload PLCs and HMIs (basic programming, training provided).
• Refurbish units by cleaning, replacing overlays, and installing LCD screens.
• Organize and move inventory in our warehouse.
• Photograph products for listings.
• Pack and ship customer orders (parcel and LTL freight); spend part of your time on shipping and warehouse tasks.
• Assist with import/export documentation.
• Help build RepairMode.com - our new platform changing how electronics get repaired.
