Thorlabs is seeking an assembler to join our Newton, NJ team. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. You will assemble and test components, follow instructions, and ensure quality while meeting production timelines. Occasional travel to other Thorlabs locations may be required.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math, and computer skills, with soldering experience considered a plus. We offer benefits and a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
