Skillforce is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in the electrical trade through an entry-level Pre-Apprentice Electrician program in Frederick, MD. The role begins with structured training that can lead to a permanent position and a fully sponsored apprenticeship.

Location: Frederick, MD (Training) with assignments in Montgomery County, DC, and Northern Virginia. Pay is $17/hour with a 6-month temp-to-hire timeline. Start date is November 16th, with new classes every two weeks.

Qualificações

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on active construction sites.
• Willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills in electrical trade.

Responsabilidades

• Learn fundamentals of electrical construction at the Frederick shop.
• Assist with installing conduit, cable, and electrical systems on projects.
• Transition to active commercial construction projects as an Electrical Helper.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
