Responsibilities

  • Learn to install and repair marine cable systems throughout the ship.
  • Assist with installing and connecting lighting, receptacles, panels, and electrical power equipment.
  • Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
  • Read and follow simple drawings, schematics, and layout instructions.
  • Work in shipboard environments that may include heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions.
  • Support production needs across multiple shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
