Starting at $20/hour, the position is full-time, with a typical 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and occasional evenings/weekends as job demands. A background check and drug screen are required, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of residential electrical install experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver's license and insurable through our company carrier.
• Tools required for Install Level 2 work will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install basic wiring, outlets, lights, and switches under guidance of a senior installer, with growing independence.
• Pull romex and low-voltage cable, and run branch circuits per National Electric Code.
• Wire outlets, lights, and switches (single-pole and 3-way); build standard residential services.
• Read blueprints and building codes to route wiring accurately.
• Prep and protect the job site, keep the truck stocked and clean, leave sites in good condition.
• Track materials, hit target hours, and use ServiceTitan to move the job without hand-holding.

• Own Your Piece of the Job: Track materials, hit target hours, and use ServiceTitan to keep the job moving without needing a manager to hold your hand.

What We're Looking For
