Job summary

North Sound Communications is seeking an entry-level electrical trainee focusing on service work and will work under a licensed electrician to learn the concepts and skills to become a Journeyman Electrician. No experience or education is required.

Examples include troubleshooting electrical systems, installing fixtures/devices, and performing ground fault locates. Must be able to perform ladder and crawl space work physically.

Qualifications

• Able to physically perform the essential functions of the job.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces.
• Excellent communication skills and eye for detail.
• Strong customer service skills and work ethic.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Assist licensed electrician on service calls.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify issues.
